Where all parts of you are welcome

Are you feeling alone, unseen, misunderstood? Do you feel full of shame, that you must hide parts of yourself? Are you struggling to feel hopeful or confused about what to do next? I understand because I’ve felt those things too. Welcome, you are not alone!

Why I Do This Work

At Connections Counseling & Wellness, I offer a welcoming and affirming space for individuals navigating life’s challenges with courage and curiosity. Whether you’re processing trauma, exploring your identity, moving through a faith shift, or simply feeling stuck, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.

I work with individuals aged 14 and up. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, neuroaffirming, and draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and somatic-based therapies.

I believe healing happens in the context of connection — to self, to others, and to our stories. In our work together, you’ll find compassion, curiosity, and collaboration — never judgment or a one-size-fits-all approach. My role is to walk alongside you as you build awareness, reclaim your strengths, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and aligned.
